27. Variation of production order
Feedback & supportWhere a court makes a production order requiring a person to produce any material to any authorised officer, the person may apply to the court for a variation of the order and if the court is satisfied that the material is essential to the business activities of the person, the court may vary the production order so that it requires the person to make the material available to an authorised officer for inspection.
