Citation and commencement
This Order is the Early Childhood Development Centres (Exemption) Order 2018 and comes into operation on 2 January 2019.
Exemption
The operator of an early childhood development centre specified in the Schedule is exempt from section 6(1) of the Act in relation to that centre.
