Regulation 37
A licensee must keep and maintain a record of the particulars specified by the Chief Licensing Officer of every inspection of the licensee’s centre by any person, including an inspection by any of the following:
(a)
the Chief Licensing Officer or an authorised officer under the Act;
(b)
the protector or an approved welfare officer under the Children and Young Persons Act 1993;
(c)
an authorised officer appointed under section 3(2) or 4(2) of the Environmental Public Health Act 1987;
(d)
a Health Officer under the Infectious Diseases Act 1976;
(e)
a police officer;
(f)
a Singapore Civil Defence Force officer.
