Regulation 54
A licensee must —
(a)
maintain the premises and equipment of the licensee’s centre in a clean and sanitary condition; and
(b)
keep the premises and equipment of the licensee’s centre in a good state of repair,to the satisfaction of the Chief Licensing Officer.
