Section 47

An applicant for registration of a school who receives notice from the Director‑General under section 23 of the conditions under which the school may be registered may within 14 days of the receipt of the notice and in accordance with section 56 appeal through the Director‑General to the Appeals Board against the imposition of all or any of such conditions.
