7. Duties

The duties of the Finance Board shall be —

(a)

to advise the Minister on the administration of all property or moneys contributed or paid by the Government or otherwise in respect of education;

(b)

to consider the annual estimates for educational purposes prepared by the Director‑General and to make recommendations thereon to the Minister.
