Short title and commencement
This Ordinance may be cited as the Education and Improvement Rates (Abolition) Ordinance, 1961, and shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 1st day of January 1961.

Repeal
Part III of the Education Ordinance, 1957 (Ord. 45 of 1957), is hereby repealed.
Repeal
Section 16 of the Planning Ordinance, 1959 (Ord. 12 of 1959), is hereby repealed.
