Regulation 3
Award Administrators
The Minister may —
(a)
appoint one or more public officers as Award Administrators to assess and pay awards to be granted or granted under these Regulations; and
(b)
give any directions that he or she thinks fit to the Award Administrators in the discharge of their duties.
