Subregulation 1
The fees specified in the second column of the Fifth Schedule are payable to the LTA in respect of the matters specified opposite in the first column.

The LTA may, in any particular case or class of cases, waive, reduce or refund the whole or any part of a fee mentioned in paragraph (1).
