6. Classes of approval
Feedback & supportThe LTA may approve a model of EV charger as a homologated model of EV charger according to any of the following classes as the LTA considers appropriate:
(a)
a fixed EV charger for non‑restricted access use and restricted access use;
(b)
a fixed EV charger for restricted access use only;
(c)
a fixed EV charger for a battery charge and swap station for non‑restricted access use and restricted access use;
(d)
a non‑fixed EV charger for restricted access use only.
