Exclusion of liability of Authority
Notwithstanding the grant of any electricity licence, the Authority shall not be liable in any circumstance for any loss, damage or cost sustained by any person as a result of any default, negligence, breach or other wrongful act or omission of any electricity licensee or any agent or employee of the electricity licensee.
