reg 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations are the Electricity (Connections to and Use of Key Facilities, etc.) Regulations 2025 and come into operation on 1 July 2025.

reg 2Prescribed wharfs and jetties

The wharfs and jetties prescribed for the purposes of section 20A of the Act are specified in the First Schedule.

reg 3Prescribed periods

The periods prescribed for the purposes of section 20B of the Act are specified in the Second Schedule.
