reg 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Electricity (Electricity Trading Licence) (Exemption) Order 2010 and shall come into operation on 1st November 2010.
reg 2Exemption from section 6(1)(f) of Act
Section 6(1)(f) of the Act shall not apply to any person who trades in the wholesale electricity market for the purpose of selling electricity generated by him by means of a generating unit having a name-plate rating of less than 1MW.
