Clause 7

Section 8(2) of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “section 11”, the words “, or if the Commissioner is satisfied that the licensee has failed to comply with any condition as may be specified by the Commissioner in respect of any security given under subsection (1)”.
