Citation and commencement

Citation and commencement
This Order is the Employment Agencies (Exemption) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Order 2026 and comes into operation on 1 July 2026.
Amendment of Employment Agencies (Exemption) Order 2011
In the Employment Agencies (Exemption) Order 2011 (G.N. No. S 175/2011), in paragraph 2(4), replace sub‑paragraphs (c) and (d) with —“(c)the Skills and Workforce Development Agency established by section 3 of the Skills and Workforce Development Agency Act 2026.”.
Amendment of Employment Agencies (Exemption) Order 2014
In the Employment Agencies (Exemption) Order 2014 (G.N. No. S 433/2014), in paragraph 2, replace “Workforce Singapore Agency (established under section 3 of the Workforce Singapore Agency Act (Cap. 305D)) or the SkillsFuture Singapore Agency (established under section 3 of the SkillsFuture Singapore Agency Act 2016 (Act 24 of 2016))” with “Skills and Workforce Development Agency (established by section 3 of the Skills and Workforce Development Agency Act 2026)”.
