Citation and commencement
This Notification may be cited as the Employment (Approved Medical Institutions) Notification 2008 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2009.

Citation and commencement
This Notification may be cited as the Employment (Approved Medical Institutions) Notification 2008 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2009.
Approved medical institutions
The medical institutions set out in the Schedule are hereby declared to be approved medical institutions for the purposes of the Act.
Cancellation
The Employment (Approved Hospitals) Notification (N 3) is cancelled.
