19. Protection from personal liability

No liability shall be incurred by —
(a)
the Controller;

“Controller” means the Controller of Work Passes appointed under section 3;
(b)
any authorised officer or employment inspector, or any person acting under the Controller’s direction; or
(c)
any member of the Appeal Board,for anything which is done or intended to be done in good faith and with reasonable care, in the exercise or purported exercise of any power, or the performance or purported performance of any function or duty, under this Act.
