Citation and commencement

Citation and commencement
This Order is the Employment of Foreign Manpower (Levy) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2026 and comes into operation on 1 July 2026.
Amendment of paragraph 2
In the Employment of Foreign Manpower (Levy) Order 2011 (G.N. No. S 371/2011), in paragraph 2 —
in the definition of “higher skilled process construction worker”, in paragraph (b)(i), after “SkillsFuture Singapore Agency,”, insert “the Skills and Workforce Development Agency,”;
in the definition of “higher skilled process maintenance worker”, in paragraph (b)(i), after “SkillsFuture Singapore Agency,”, insert “the Skills and Workforce Development Agency,”;
after the definition of “S pass”, insert —“ “Skills and Workforce Development Agency” means the Skills and Workforce Development Agency established by section 3 of the Skills and Workforce Development Agency Act 2026;”; and
in the definition of “SkillsFuture Singapore Agency”, replace “SkillsFuture Singapore Agency Act 2016 (Act 4 of 2016)” with “SkillsFuture Singapore Agency Act 2016 as in force before 1 July 2026”.
