Regulation 4

Whenever under section 115 of the Act the Commissioner has made an order for the payment of a sum of money and the person ordered to pay the sum is or is believed to be in Malaysia, the Commissioner shall cause a certified copy thereof to be sent to the Registrar of the Supreme Court of Malaysia for enforcement by the appropriate Sessions Court having jurisdiction in the area where the person ordered to pay is or is believed to be.
