Citation and commencement
These Rules are the Endangered Species (Import and Export) (Prescribed Documents for Section 2A) Rules 2022 and come into operation on 1 November 2022.

Citation and commencement
These Rules are the Endangered Species (Import and Export) (Prescribed Documents for Section 2A) Rules 2022 and come into operation on 1 November 2022.
Prescribed documents for section 2A of Act
For the purposes of section 2A(a) of the Act, a prescribed document is —
a bill of lading;
an air waybill;
a sea waybill; or
any road, rail or inland waterway transport documents.
