Regulation 2
Prescribed documents for section 2A of Act
For the purposes of section 2A(a) of the Act, a prescribed document is —
(a)
a bill of lading;
(b)
an air waybill;
(c)
a sea waybill; or
(d)
any road, rail or inland waterway transport documents.
