Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Energy Conservation (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2013 and shall come into operation on 22nd April 2013.

Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Energy Conservation (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2013 and shall come into operation on 22nd April 2013.
Compoundable offences
The following offences may be compounded by the Director-General, or any officer of the Agency authorised by the Director-General, in accordance with section 74 of the Act:
any offence (other than a continuing offence) under section 12(2), 12A(2), 18(3), 19(2), 20(a), 23(4), 23A(4), 26(2), 26A(3), 26B(4), 27(2), 27A(2), 27B(2), 28(3), 29(3), 30(5), 31A(3), 35(5), 36(2)(a), 64(3) or 65(3) of the Act; (b)any offence under regulation 8D(4), 8E(4), 8F(3) or (4), 10(2), 11(2) or 12B(1), (2) or (5) of the Energy Conservation (Regulated Goods and Registered Suppliers) Regulations 2017 (G.N. No. S 748/2017).
