Fee for vehicular emissions label

Every application for type-approval, batch type-approval or modified type-approval must be accompanied by a non-refundable processing fee of $70 for a vehicular emissions label approved for the motor vehicle or the model or batch of motor vehicles which is the subject of the application.

The fee in paragraph (1) is in addition to such other fees as may be required in respect of the application.
