Constitution of Authority

Section 5
(1)
The Authority consists of the following members:
(a)
a Chairperson;
(b)
any other members, not being less than 5 or more than 10, that the Minister may determine.
(2)
The First Schedule has effect as respects the Authority, its members and proceedings.
