Short title
This Act may be cited as the Enlistment (Amendment) Act, 1975.
Amendment of section 29
The proviso to subsection (3) of section 29 of the Enlistment Act is hereby amended —
by deleting the words “applies has notice of the order when” appearing in the second and third lines thereof and substituting therefor the words “or notice applies has knowledge thereof if”; and
by deleting the words “and where published” appearing in the first line of paragraph (a) thereof and substituting therefor the word “or”.
