Amendment of section 15
Section 15 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “licence” in subsections (1) and (3) and substituting in each case the words “written permission”; and
(b)
by deleting the word “Licence” in the section heading and substituting the words “Written permission”.
