Amendment of section 23

Section 23 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the word “import,” in subsection (1), the word “manufacture,”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the word “importation,” in subsection (1)(a), the word “manufacture,”; and

(c)

by inserting, immediately after the words “with respect to” in the section heading, the words “importation, manufacture and”.
