Citation and commencement
This Order is the Environmental Protection and Management (Parallel Import Motor Vehicles — Exemption) Order 2021 and comes into operation on 1 May 2021.
Exemption
Regulation 4(2) of the Environmental Protection and Management (Vehicular Emissions) Regulations (Rg 6) does not apply to any of the motor vehicles as described in the Schedule.
