31. Licences for places in public markets
Feedback & supportThe Commissioner may grant a licence to any person for the use of any shop, stall, shed, pen or other place in a public market on such terms and conditions, for such period and on payment of such fees, rents or tolls as he may think fit.[32

“Commissioner” means the Commissioner of Public Health appointed under section 3 and includes a Deputy Commissioner of Public Health and an Assistant Commissioner of Public Health appointed under that section;
