Section 85

Any person who fails or neglects to comply with any notice issued by the Commissioner under section 83 or 84 shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000 and to a further fine not exceeding $50 for every day during which the offence continues after conviction.[88
