Approval of Commissioner for construction, alteration, etc., of swimming pools
After the commencement of this Part, no person shall construct, alter, add to or demolish any swimming pool or any buildings, sanitary conveniences, showers or other facilities associated with the swimming pool unless detailed plans and specifications for the construction, alteration, addition or demolition are submitted to and approved in writing by the Commissioner.[95
