Amendment of Schedule

Section 71
(1)
Subject to Part 2, the Minister may at any time, by order in the Gazette, amend the Schedule.
(2)
The Minister may, in any order made under subsection (1), make such incidental, consequential or supplementary provisions as may be necessary or expedient.
(3)
All orders made under this section must be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication in the Gazette.
