Section 57

Facts stated in Commissioner’s certificate need not be proved

Any statement made in any certificate issued by the Commissioner shall be presumed to be correct until the contrary is proved and, in the absence of proof to the contrary, a court shall act on any such statement without requiring further proof thereof.
