57. Facts stated in Commissioner’s certificate need not be proved
Feedback & supportAny statement made in any certificate issued by the Commissioner shall be presumed to be correct until the contrary is proved and, in the absence of proof to the contrary, a court shall act on any such statement without requiring further proof thereof.
