Feedback & supportThese Regulations are the Evidence (Computer Output) Regulations 1996. 1 These Regulations were made under section 35(5) of the Evidence Act (Cap. 97, 1990 Revised Edition) and, pursuant to section 23(1) of the Evidence (Amendment) Act 2012 (Act 4 of 2012), continue to be in force as if these Regulations had been made under section 116A(5) of the Evidence Act 1893.
