Regulation 4
Application for permission of court
Subregulation 1
An application for permission under rule 3(a) or (b) is to be heard in the absence of the alleged victim of the offence.
Subregulation 2
The court may grant permission under rule 3(a) or (b) only if it would not be in the interests of justice to disallow the asking of the question or the adducing of the evidence.
