37. Application to Government
Feedback & support(1)
This Act shall bind the Government and shall apply to transactions by —
(a)
a department of the Government; or
(b)
any person acting on behalf of the Government.
(2)
The Authority shall not, by virtue of any contract made by the department or person referred to in subsection (1) or on their behalf in relation to any securities, be under any obligation to grant any permission under Part 4 or any exemption from the provisions of that Part.
