12. Protection from liability
Feedback & supportNo suit or other legal proceedings shall lie or be instituted or maintained in any court for or on account of or in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done by the Government, the Board, any public officer or other person acting under the direction of the Minister in the execution or purported execution of this Act.
