Definitions

In this Notification —“Convention country” has the meaning given by section 2 of the Terrorism (Suppression of Misuse of Radioactive Material) Act 2017;“relevant offence” has the meaning given by section 13(8) of the Terrorism (Suppression of Misuse of Radioactive Material) Act 2017.
