Directions for trial or hearing (P. 2, r. 11)
Subregulation 1
The Court will give directions for the trial or hearing, after the single application pending trial has been filed or after it has determined all applications.
Subregulation 2
An action commenced by originating claim will generally be decided at a trial involving oral evidence and cross‑examination.
Subregulation 3
An action commenced by originating application will generally be decided at a hearing based on affidavits.
