Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Fees (Certificate of Clearance) Order 2010 and shall come into operation on 1st November 2010.

Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Fees (Certificate of Clearance) Order 2010 and shall come into operation on 1st November 2010.
Fees
A fee of $55 shall be payable to the Director, Criminal Investigation Department, Singapore, for the issue of a certificate stating that the person named therein has not been convicted of any crime in Singapore prior to the date of the issue of the certificate.
A fee of $25 shall be payable to the Director, Criminal Investigation Department, Singapore, for an additional copy of the certificate.
An additional fee of $5 shall be payable in the case where the certificate or a copy thereof is posted to an applicant outside Singapore.
Revocation
The Fees (Certificate of No Criminal Conviction) Order (O 40C) is revoked.
