This Order may be cited as the Fees (Ministry of Education) Order 2006 and shall come into operation on 10th May 2006.

There shall be payable to the Director-General of Education in respect of the matters specified in the first column of the Schedule the fees specified opposite thereto in the second column thereof.

Remission

The Director-General of Education may, in his discretion, remit wholly or in part any fee payable under this Order.
