Saving provision
Despite paragraph 2, the Fees (Ministry of Social and Family Development) Order 2012 (called the revoked Order) continues to apply in relation to any appointment of the Director‑General of Social Welfare as guardian ad litem in adoption proceedings under the repealed Adoption of Children Act 1939 in any of the courts mentioned in paragraph 2 of the revoked order.
