The fees specified in the second column of the Schedule shall be payable to the Commissioner of Civil Defence in respect of the matters specified opposite in the first column.

The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Home Affairs may, in his discretion, remit wholly or in part any fee payable under this Order.
