Regulation 2
Definitions
In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires —“Magistrate’s complaint” means a complaint made to a Magistrate under section 151 of the Criminal Procedure Code (Cap. 68);“Registrar” means the registrar or a deputy registrar of the State Courts.

Regulation 3
Fees
In relation to any criminal proceedings in the State Courts, the fees specified in the second column of the Schedule shall be payable to the Registrar in respect of the matters specified opposite in the first column.
Regulation 4
Waiver, remission or refund of fees
The Registrar may, as he thinks fit, waive, remit or refund, wholly or in part, any fee paid or payable under this Order.
Regulation 5
Revocation
The Fees (State Courts — Criminal Jurisdiction, Protection of Family and Maintenance of Wife and Children) Order 2013 (G.N. No. S 394/2013) is revoked.
