Definitions
In this Notification, unless the context otherwise requires —“film” does not include any of the following:
(a)
an obscene film;
(b)
a party political film;
(c)
a prohibited film;“free‑to‑air broadcasting service” and “subscription nationwide television service” have the meanings given by the Broadcasting Act.
