Regulation 3
Subregulation 1
A person who, in the course of business, imports any film is exempt from section 6(1)(a) of the Act.
Subregulation 2
A person who imports any film for re‑export, with or without transshipment in Singapore, is exempt from section 12(1) and (3) of the Act.
