Amendment of section 28
Section 28 of the principal Act is hereby amended —
(a)
by inserting immediately after subsection (2) thereof the following new subsection: —“(3) The Commissioner may authorise or appoint any person to assist him in the exercise of his functions and duties under this Act, either generally or in a particular case.”; and
(b)
by renumbering the existing subsection (3) thereof as subsection (4).
