(1)

In the MMTA, in section 20(1) —

(a)

in paragraph (a), delete “located in a jurisdiction”; and

(b)

in paragraph (b), delete “for that jurisdiction”.

(2)

Subsection (1) applies in relation to each financial year of an MNE group beginning on or after 1 January 2026.
