Clause 41

by deleting the word “licensee” wherever it appears in the following sections and substituting in each case the words “licensed financial adviser”:Sections 25(1) to (5), 26(1) and (3), 27(1), (2), (3) and (5), 28(1)(a), (2), (3) and (4), 33(1) and (4), 34(1), (2) and (3), 36(1), (2), (5) and (8), 58(1)(a) and (2)(a)(i)(A) and 67(h);

by deleting the word “licensees” in the following sections and substituting in each case the words “licensed financial advisers”:Sections 26 (section heading), 27(5) and section heading, 28(1)(b), 31, 34 (section heading), 35 and 58(2)(a)(iv); and

by deleting the word “Licensee” in the section heading of section 36 and substituting the words “Licensed financial adviser”.
