Citation and commencement
This Order is the Financial Holding Companies (Designated Financial Holding Companies) Order 2022 and comes into operation on 1 July 2022.
Designation of financial holding companies
Each financial holding company set out in the Schedule is designated as a designated financial holding company for the purposes of the Act.
